Welcome to the Coins & Tokens page

Several years ago, I was talking to a colleague about the Basingstoke Canal. They mentioned that there used to be a coin used on the canal and there is a plaque telling you details about this at the entrance to Eastrop Park. A few years later, I was recanting this information to another colleague and they mentioned they actually owned one of the coins. They very kindly lent me the coin, so I could photograph it. During this time, I also found some other coins and tokens on eBay and have added photos for them all.
